In this wedding at Casa de Quinta, we live and tell a beautiful story. Photography has an immense value in a narrative, it is the way to perpetuate moments and, through the vision of each photographer, makes them unique.
Sergio and Antonia lived an unique day. They smiled and got emotional, hugged, had so much fun and lived their love with their beloved ones around them.

Our story with Sergio and Antonia starts well before that day. Just like theirs started long before they met us, it took us a while to build a relationship with our couples.
Building a marriage story is building a fortress. They built on love and fellowship. We build by getting to know our couples little by little, meetings, social networks, being vulnerable to them so that they show themselves at ease.
Smiling, speaking positive words, being available and talking about feelings is more or less how our conversations works.
Sergio and Antonia were available to us at all times, they did amazing things and really put us in the place where we always like to be, to be friends with our couples, guests at their weddings. We felt very good from the very beginning to the day.Â

Casa de Quintã | What an Incredible venue!
Arriving at Casa de Quinta, located in Marco de Canaveses, in the North of Portugal, we felt like in a royal place. Sumptuous rooms, large windows, centenary trees, woods and wonderful gardens.
Everywhere we aimed our camera we got a good framing, the landscapes and the interior decoration of the space were really amazing. If you’re looking for where to get married in Portugal, it’s an amazing choice.
Sergio and Antonia celebrated their wedding in the middle of the woods, in the shade of many trees, blessed by the abundant and infinite nature.

One of the most expected moment in a wedding day is the session. It’s a very important part of the day because we give the bride and the groom the first moments alone in the day.Â
Of course we choose the best light, beautiful locations and it’s when we have their beautiful photos alone, but the most important for us is to give them this moment to relax, to take a deep breathe and look to each other eyes with no one else around.
It’s the moment to feel the “I do” is real!
Casa de Quinta | The Dinner
The stationary was carefully thought out by the bride. Her favorite word in portuguese is “Azulejo”, and the invitations and menus which had golden details and the guests names hand-written has the typical azulejos painted as well.
It was a very pleasant dinner with beautiful toasts. Cheers!

As well said by the celebrant, getting married itself is an act of courage and love. But getting married in 2021 is even more meaningful due to the world situation. For us, it’s an act of trust. Saying that love has no fear and no time to happen, and we will move on because we hope and we love.
They were all tested and felt free to enjoy in the outside area.Â
At some point, some drops came from the sky, and as it is said in Portugal: “Casamento molhado, casamento abençoado”, which means: Wet Wedding, blessed marriage.
